Hi, I'm Kellie Shields, the founder of Tap and Thrive and a certified EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) practitioner, as well as a wife, mother, grandmother, and dedicated carer. With over 20 years of experience in Learning and Development, my passion lies in creating training programs that not only support professional growth but also emphasize well-being and resilience.
Through my work, I’ve developed unique training modules focused on well-being, incorporating EFT techniques for managing stress, enhancing emotional resilience, and fostering a balanced, mindful approach to life. My EFT practice offers practical tools for stress reduction, emotional healing, and personal empowerment, supporting individuals in both their personal and professional lives. These modules are tailored for diverse groups, including parents, organisations, the yachting industry, and FIFO families, each designed to address the specific challenges they face.
As a Trainer and Assessor, my work goes beyond standard training. I bring expertise in Training Needs Analysis, crafting learning strategies, and facilitating impactful workshops, all rooted in the power of EFT and well-being advocacy. I focus on:
Strategic Learning & Development: Conducting Training Needs Analysis and designing induction programs that align with organisational culture.
Collaborative Leadership: Working closely with management to identify and implement growth-oriented learning solutions.
Program Implementation & Management: Developing sustainable training frameworks that enhance productivity and support long-term personal development.
Innovative Training Solutions: Delivering impactful and inclusive training across various sectors, including LGBTQ+ relationships and support for carers and future planning.
My goal is to help individuals and organisations achieve lasting positive change by blending EFT with strategic training. Whether through individual sessions, workshops, or customised programs, I am committed to supporting holistic development and well-being for all.
